公司急招韩语客服,非销售职位
本身是美国独资公司,但有相当韩国客户
韩国留学生, 朝鲜族学生或在校韩语专业学生皆可,应届或在读皆可, 不能100%保证应届生可以转正, 要根据公司架构而定
该职位非销售职位,直接向外国老板汇报, 所以要求韩语流利,英语可交流即可,是不错的机会哦

Customer Service - Korean (part-time or full-time OK)
Urgent, this is not a Sales role

Duties:
-Receive, sort and batch all incoming post
-Processing inbound member calls
-Processing inbound member requests and queries
-Batching and data capturing member enrolments
-Making and amending member redemptions
-Dealing with program related queries from hotels
-Investigate and amend any system related issues
-Fulfill member communications
-Stock control and dispatch of program collaterals
-Update periodical activity reports.
-Carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested by direct?Manager
Skills and Experience required:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English.
-Experience in working with Microsoft Office, specially excel and keyboard proficient.
-Ability to process speedily and accurately
-Must have attention to detail and the ability to multi task.
-IT & Networking knowledge desired.
