由于我英文很烂，以下结果部分来自Google翻译机：
在上海出生后100天的新生儿中，有的先天患有严重二尖瓣关闭不全者未能行二尖瓣置换手术即夭折。因此得出一项成功的结论，使用21mm的由华法林保存的St Jude瓣膜在理想状况下可在初始时将INR值降至大约2。曾经做过一个关于大脑中血块的实验，其状况在使用华法林及阿司匹林后出现好转。建议是保持INR值在3至3.5之间然后选用罗氏的AccuTrak进行在家时的抗凝检测。血压110/80mmHg、心音无杂音但有喷身寸音的患者临床上使用效果良好。通过其父母晚上也能及时监测。通过运动耐力实验也显示其表现为没有心律失常的温和的运动时间减少。动态心电图监测结果清晰，超声心动图则显示一个良好尺寸的左心室、正常的尺寸及良好的收缩能力的人工二尖瓣。没有证据证明存在瓣周漏。这一切作为我翻译的秘书都用普通话与那些父母讨论过了。

she looks well, blood pressure110/80 hg, heart no murmurs?but the ejection

The exercise stress test performed on her showed a mild reduction exercise
