现在要找的职位主要是要有工作经验的(HR的要求比较长,实际上有些职位有1-2年LZ个人觉得完全没影响) 有一定英语能力,EXECL OK ,学历本科ok Product & Sales Analyst/Account Executive - Wholesale/Planning & Forecast Analyst/VM等 工资福利的话。固定是13M外+1M(以上)奖金 sales类比后勤类的好多了 另外还有提成 另外就是店长之类的 具体的要求HR的list 太长,lz实在懒得打了,附件上传又失败,有兴趣的PM? |

Key Requirement
1. Bachelor degree holder;????????????????????????????????????????
2. Over 5 years? of retail training experience and? at least 3 years of management??????????????????????????????????
3. Familiar with retail sales operation of apparel;
4. Trade sales experience is preferred.
5. Good command of English;????????????????????????????????
6. Good personality with open-minded, passion, team spirit, creative and innovative, a fast learner will be preferred.
Key Job Nature
1. To develop a training system as well as training effectiveness system and set a training target to meet company strategy;
2. To set up a sales training team and lead the team to meet training needs;
3. Deliver training programs and provide field coaching for sales team;
4. Identify training needs for the respective region both retail and wholesale team;
5. To create partnership with retail and wholesale team to better understand and meet their training needs;
6. To prepare and update training materials to cope with the development of business and company strategies;
7. To maintain updated training database and devise technical guidelines to better monitor and enhance training productivity;
8. To lead or participate in various training and HR projects/initiatives (e.g. mystery shopper program).
9. To organize and conduct training programs to dealers’ trainer and retail operations and sales staffs;
10. Provide KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for staff performance evaluation/grading. (e.g. retail training level attainment, product level training attainment, etc.)
