Store Designer
1. Tight Timeline
- due to the fast expansion plan of TNF in China, plus the current doors VF inherited from previous licensee, all development projects are in extremely tight deadline
2. Manage Cost, Quality and meeting deadline
- a pool of suppliers which could meet the set goals
3. Communications
- effective communication skills to ensure all involving parties are aware of control policies (mainly cost & time)
- relevant Eng skills to communication with international VF colleagues
Key Job Nature
1. TNF Stores, SIS, Counters, Outlets, and all types of TNF distribution channels within each region (North)
- provide design & construction plans, liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure all TNF doors are built to meeting required standards
- support new open or renovated new store with VM set up and training to dealer and frontline stuff, monitor construction quality, to in charge the overall store look and quality
- communicate with dealers, landlords, department stores, shopping malls etc when building TNF doors
2. Marketing Sales meeting, Events &Road shows, etc
- provide design & construction plans, liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event booths, and other development projects needed for marketing events are meeting marketing needs and brand standard
- support with onsite set up, display and training to dealer and retail related stuff
3. Cost Management
- provide cost comparisons on store & other development projects, ensure prices quoted are the best & efficient cost to TNF China
4. Quality Control
- govern vendors’ and dealers’ productions to deliver quality outputs
5. Training
- New dealers Training for Store Construction Quality Control.
- Out-Source Designer (Vendor) Training for Store VI Design System.
6. Internal Communications
- Maintain close communications with TNF CN Sales Team to ensure store opening & renovation plan are met, with proper time & cost control communicated to teammates to ensure set goals & time expectations are synchronized
- Work closely with VM team in developing efficient fixture / tools for retail presentation of key and functional product
- Within the CN Mktg Team to ensure event designs are met with design, quality, cost & time control
7. Market Competitions
- Attend to retail developments of competitors and provide needed analysis

1. Be responsible for regional direct and franchisee stores layout and all technical drawings
2. Supervise store construction according guideline and layout, and ensure effective completion
3. Observe and maintain the quality of workmanship and finishing as expected for our Brands’ Standards.
4. Control construction budget for each store
5. Coordinate furniture transportation and installation for all stores
6. Monitor store maintenance in a timely manner
7. Maintain & Submit to HO monthly Retail database > Collect and archive all store pictures
8. Manage monthly 6-months Retail Roll-Out Forecast
9. Coordinate with VM team in new store opening and seasonal poster changing
10. Supervise implementation of exhibition events, trade show, fashion shows & road shows etc.
11. Maintain the Brand Showrooms to reflect the Brand image and DNA
12. Maintain the correct Brand DNA, ideals and values across the region, assuring consistency in all areas across China
13. Manage the Project Budgets in a timely and clear manner
Key Requirement
1.Bachelor Degree Holder, Major in Design or Architecture
2.At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail area.?
3.Good Capability in store layout and construction supervision.Familiar with all the decoration material and craftsmanship.Knowledge of VM is a benefit , not a must.Construction, material and finish knowledge is preferred
4. Excellent skill of? CAD, PS, AI, 3Dmax.Familiar with Word, Excel and PPT? software

Retail Marketing Manager
