上月在香港發生的《東週刊》因刊登女星果照而停刊事件，想不到竟然在日本重演！
據太陽報報道，因刊登奧菜惠嬉春照而成名的日本《BUBKA》雜誌，前日被以藤原紀香為首的28位女星聯手控告侵犯隱私權，要求賠償，若控告成功，有可能令這類雜誌在日本消失。
這次發起控告的並不止藤原紀香一個人，還有深田恭子、小池榮子、Morning娘九名成員、後藤真希，中澤裕子、松浦亞彌、安西纊子、真鍋熏、
川村亞紀、佐藤江梨子、後藤理沙、松本莉緒、仲根霞、Abiru優、新山千春、濱口順子、優香、平山綾和堀越法子等28名女星。
眾女星的代表指出，近幾年《BUBKA》和《TOP SPEED》所刊登的照片，不但侵犯女星的隱私權，更刻意強調色情，因此要求兩本雜誌賠償8,700萬日圓，這有可能會迫令兩本雜誌倒閉。
早在98年，眾女星的代表已向《BUBKA》發出警告，禁止他們繼續刊登眾女星的照片，最後通過由多間事務所組成的“社團法人日本音樂事業者協
會”施壓，迫令《BUBKA》答應永不刊登眾女星的私生活照及“性感”照。不過《BUBKA》只是停止刊登兩年，2000年又再重施故技，當中以奧菜惠的
嬉春照最為震撼。
《TOP SPEED》的情況跟《BUBKA》一樣，也是刊登不少強調“性”和“情慾”的照片，令眾女星十分憤怒，希望以侵犯隱私權來控告他們。除了侵犯隱私權外，
眾女星還打算控告他們“損害名譽”及“侵犯出版權”，還阻止他們刊登一些如“女星腋毛特集”或用電視畫面所構成的走光特集等。日本傳媒估計，這次若成功控
告兩本雜誌的話，不但可以阻止他們的惡行，更有可能令同類雜誌在日本消失。
