Force Majeure: The seller shall not be held liable for non-delivery or delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portion of the goods hereunder by reason of natural disaster, war of other causes of Force Majeure. However, the Seller shall notify the Buyer as soon as possible and furnish the Buyer within 15 days by registered airmail with a certificate issued by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade attesting such event(s).
不可抗力：由于下列自然灾害、战争等其他不可抗力造成的无法交付或延迟交付卖方不负责任。然而，卖方应尽快通知买方，并在15天内以航空邮件的形式提供买方中国贸促会开立的的证明书。

Arbitration: All disputes arising out of the performance of, or relating to this contract, shall be settled amicably through negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached through negotiation, the case shall then be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its arbitral rules. The arbitration shall take place in Shanghai. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
仲裁：所发生的一切此合同相关的争端，可以通过谈判达成一致，然后提交给中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会，按照其仲裁规则进行仲裁。仲裁地为上海。仲裁裁决是最终的和对双方都有约束力的。

The Buyer is requested to sign and return one original of this Sales Confirmation, duly signed, to the Seller for file immediately.
?Should the Buyer fail to do so within 10 days after the arrival of this Sales Confirmation at the Buyer’s end, the Buyer shall be deemed as having accepted all the terms and conditions set forth in this Sales Confirmation.

买方要签署并寄回一份销售合同的原始副本，给卖方归档用。即使买方没有这样做，在销售合同抵达买方的10日后，买方被视为已接受此销售合同上所有的条款和条件。
