索普专攻自由泳,当年从短距离游到中长距离.一路冠军,看得目瞪口呆啊.跟菲尔普斯其实没啥冲突,菲尔普斯也就200自和接力能一起比.
索普一退,澳大利亚连接力都不行了.以前跟美国还是很有的拼的
今天太意外了,哈克特估计是没料到第7道还有人能领先,光顾着身边那位了,要不然这次其实整体游的都不是很快.可惜了.

在过去两届奥运会上，霍根班德帮助荷兰代表团取得三块金牌，都是在自由泳项目上，他是过去8年中这个项目上最有实力的选手之一。在参加04年雅典奥运会之后，霍根班德希望能和澳洲“鱼雷”索普在北京一较高下，但是后者已经成为教练，所以霍根班德将对手锁定在菲尔普斯身上，这名美国选手才是当今的游泳之王，可惜的是“飞鱼”没有参加这个项目。
在过去两届奥运会上，霍根班德一共获得7枚奖牌，3金2银2铜

前几天十分郁闷的时候去回顾了2000悉尼4*100自由泳接力,看的时候心潮澎湃呀~看完了顿时感到现实真残酷....

前几天半夜不知怎的,看了索普以前的比赛,一直看一直看,这几天虽然也起来看水立方的比赛.可惜再也没有当时看索普比赛的感觉.鱼雷,全世界都在欢呼一个王者的诞生,我在怀念你当年的样子.

Grant Hackett signed off from the Olympics on Sunday after his heartbreaking loss of a third consecutive 1500 metres freestyle crown at the Beijing Games by less than a second.
The champion Australian swimmer, who has held the world record for seven years, fell agonisingly short in his attempt to become the first male swimmer to win the same event at three consecutive Olympics.

In the end the big-hearted Hackett went down to Oussama Mellouli, who became Tunisia's first-ever Olympic swimming champion, by just 0.69sec after 30 gruelling laps of the Water Cube pool.
There will be no 2012 London Olympics, that's it for the 28-year-old swimming great as he contemplates a new phase in his life rather than endless laps of churning up and down a swimming pool.
"I can honestly say I definitely will not be there in four years time," Hackett said after his final Olympic event.
"Whether I go a little bit longer I will wait and see, but I definitely won't be going to London. I have to have my shoulder fixed up each week just to make sure I can do the training.
"If your heart is still in it, then you keep going. You have to put in the training all the time and you can't do that if your heart isn't there.
"I will see over the next few weeks where I take my swimming from here."
Mellouli's shock triumph ended an Australian domination of the Olympic 1500m final, stretching back to Kieren Perkins's double victory in Barcelona in 1992 and Atlanta in 1996.
Hackett teed up his three-peat opportunity with victories in Sydney and Athens.
"It's disappointing, yet so close," Hackett said. "To get second is great, but three in a row would have been nice.
"For me I was able to come so close and within millimetres of doing it.
"The thing is I can walk away absolutely happy because I have given it everything I have.
"It is a mixture of emotions, a little bit relieved, a little bit of disappointment. I spent every last cent that I had.
"I gave it everything today, it was a hard race. I'm a little bit tired. The heat swim was the second fastest 1500 I have ever done. That's life and I have no regrets."
Hackett is one of the greats of Olympic swimming and leaves Beijing with seven medals over three Games -- three gold, three silver and one bronze.
His world record of 14:34.56 record has been described as phenomenal by his rivals and he has consistently raised the bar in distance swimming since inheriting the role of Olympic and world champion from his predecessor, Kieren Perkins.
