1.继续减速,外向型经济一两年内不会的到扭转,不解决国内民众的基本保障问题,靠国家投资只是在于基建方面的拉动.而对于大量的制造企业并无帮助

3.未必,除非大幅提高粮食收购价格,提供全面医疗保险

减速增长。其实危机爆发之前就已经不是继续走强之势了，不过是以前是政府导向，现在是顺势可控的前提下

否。通胀放缓，但RMB升值趋势也走入波动，利率和投资收益也明显降低。就国内消费看，物价涨势快于收入还是必然趋势

农村。。。麽概念。。。自认为，难。短期内更难。毕竟，历史背景在。

Basiclly, if you would like a rational answer, I will choose weaker. However, the answer will be stronger on next year government economy report unless there are some serious problems come out. Never mind it's stronger or weaker, it partly depends on Chinese government's policy. The main points are
1. Where government mainly investment in 2009
2. What area government would like focus on
3. What they gonna do under US government non-stopping pressure on exchange rate

When Global raw material keeping reach new high, Chinese government start rethinking tax rate
of forgien firms, the advantages of Chinese firms holding are get less and less. On the other hand,
because of short view and max profit ASAP, they haven't invest much or never start investing on R&D, so?the fastest and easyest?way for them?cutting?cost?is?decrease the labour cost.?Moreover,?Chinese government have strugglling with the high flying CPI figure since 2007.
