其实想说，按照惯例，都是按发票金额的110%投保的，

所以看到LZ的原文觉得有点怪怪的 囧

不过翻译是对的

我发现我不小心把110打成了100 = =|||

General Terms

1.?????? Payment: By 100% confirmed & irrevocable L/C to be available by sight draft, reaching the Seller 60 days before the month of shipment, remaining valid for negotiation in China for further 5 days after the prescribed time of shipment, allowing partial shipment and transhipment.

2.?????? Insurance: CIF terms TO be effected by the Seller for 110% of the CIF invoice value covering All Risks and War Risk as per China Insurance Clauses.

3.?????? Price Terms: To be governed by “INCOTERMS 2000”. For transactions concluded on CFR or CIF terms, all surcharges including port congestion surcharge, etc., levied by the shipping company, in addition to freight, shall be for the buyer’s account.

4.?????? Tolerance: Reasonable tolerance to quality, weight, measurements, designs and colours is allowed, for which no claims will be entertained.

5.?????? Buyers are to assume full responsibilities for any consequences arising from: (a)the use of packing, designs or patterns made to order; (b)late submissions of any other details necessary for the execution of this Sales Confirmations; (c)late establishment of L/C; (d)late amendment to L/C inconsistent with the previsions of this Sales Confirmation.

6.?????? Claims: Any claim by the Buyer concerning the goods shipped hereunder shall be filed within 30 days after arrival at the port of destination and supported by a survey report issued by a surveyor approved by the Seller for the Seller’s examination. In no event shall the Seller be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Claims in respect of matters within the scope of responsibility of the insurance company, shipping company, transportation organization and/or post office will not be entertained by the Seller.

7.?????? Force Majeure: The seller shall not be held liable for non-delivery or delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portion of the goods hereunder by reason of natural disaster, war of other causes of Force Majeure. However, the Seller shall notify the Buyer as soon as possible and furnish the Buyer within 15 days by registered airmail with a certificate issued by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade attesting such event(s).

8.?????? Arbitration: All disputes arising out of the performance of, or relating to this contract, shall be settled amicably through negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached through negotiation, the case shall then be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its arbitral rules. The arbitration shall take place in Shanghai. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.

9.?????? The Buyer is requested to sign and return one original of this Sales Confirmation, duly signed, to the Seller for file immediately. Should the Buyer fail to do so within 10 days after the arrival of this Sales Confirmation at the Buyer’s end, the Buyer shall be deemed as having accepted all the terms and conditions set forth in this Sales Confirmation.
