My interpretation of this song is that YOU are his fans, HER/SHE is pretty much the world, his life. So about his life, his fans and his hiatus.
At first I considered it could have been about RINA from 2006.
they broke up about summer 2006.

But then it could also be about the trouble he had with johnny's entertainment at that time.
He soon then left for America after summer 2006.

I think he feels betrayed by it all, and hurt.
Quoting once "I love being a Johnny's jr!"
but now he feels let down by them, and thus explains his lack of motivation in recent times.

After Jin did return, there were mixed feelings by everyone. KAT-TUN, FANS, MEDIA...In a way now Jin feels like he doesn't really belong in this idol industry, having quoted "I'm not an idol, I won't ever be one" But so now he feels insecure.. he wants to come back to his fans and be accepted again.
