We’d like your input as part of a study of online shopping experience. This study is not involved in any attempt to solicit or influence shopping behavior. Rather, the results will help researchers to better understand consumers’ perceptions and thus enhance online shopping experiences. The survey will take around 5-10 minutes to complete.
